- Position: Sales & Service Coordinator (Marine / SAP / Customer Support)
- Location: Bulim Drive (near Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Salary: Up to $3,700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Benefits
- Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, SAP, and Salesforce
- Coordinate service and delivery orders with customers and internal teams
- Monitor service request status and provide updates
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and track payment status
- Support service and spare parts sales activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements
- Manage service hotline for after-office-hour enquiries
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in service coordination or customer service roles preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
