Sales / Senior Sales Executive

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Food and Beverage Events for the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility

. Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients

. Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels

. Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline

. Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus

. Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

. At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field - Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding

. Well-spoken, able to interact well with external and internal stakeholders

. High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail

. Ability to work independently and in a team

. Able to work 5.5 days work week
