Location: ModernShopping Mall right across Somerset MRT
Work days: 5 days work week = 3 weekdays (9.30am - 7.30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (10am - 7pm)
This role requires a mature and reliable individual who takes pride in their work, handles responsibilities with professionalism, and contributes positively to the team and clinic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities are:
1. Sales & Service Consultation (Primary Focus)
- Recommend suitable treatment packages and wellness products based on patient needs and clinic offerings.
- Maintain great understanding of therapy benefits to confidently present and close treatment plans.
- Provide clear advice to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
2. Patient Experience, Front Desk Support, Payment and Report Processing
3. Operations & Therapy Support
5. Marketing Support
- Participate in company's marketing campaigns and community engagement events, including health talks and roadshows.
- Work with marketing teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote clinic services.
We are interested in candidates, who are ideally:
- Some interest in health, wellness, and patient care
- Emotionally mature, self-motivated, and able to perform without micromanagement
- Able to commit to weekends and work schedule as stated
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-focused environments is an advantage
- Comfortable with TCM herbal scents
- Must be a dependable team player, pro-active and willing to step in when needed
