Primary Objective:
Acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads (cold calls, referrals, networking, inbound leads)
Present services to potential customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after-sales follow-up
