The Job
- Drive sales growth within assigned territories to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and product specifications.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain effective relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts through proactive engagement and customer support.
- Coordinate closely with factories and after-sales teams to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with dealers to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements, supporting business continuity and sales growth.
- Partner with the Marketing Department to execute promotional initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales support activities.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support product and service improvements.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management and HOD.
The Talent
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Prior experience in the crane equipment industry would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages or dialects is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when required.
- Good organizational, planning, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel regularly and maintain a flexible work schedule to support business needs.
