Position Summary:

As an Sales Representative at ByteBridge, you will play a key role in driving our growth within the dynamic Singapore market. Your focus will be on converting qualified leads into business opportunities through proactive engagement, relationship building, and demonstrating how our products and services meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generating, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clearly articulate the value of ByteBridge's offerings.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and follow-up.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position ByteBridge's solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the South East Asia market.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative support, including scheduling and preparing for meetings.

  • Collect valuable feedback from prospects and clients to continuously improve sales approaches.

  • Represent ByteBridge at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in market research and lead qualification techniques.

  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.

  • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets.

  • Adaptable with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.

  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into business opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
