BEAUTY VALLEY PTE. LTD. is a leading education institution in Singapore, offering accredited vocational training in beauty, wellness, digital marketing, and AI. We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential students and help them kickstart their career journey through our professional courses.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins to convert them into course enrollments.
Consultative Selling: Understand the career goals of potential learners and recommend the most suitable courses and available government subsidies (e.g., SkillsFuture).
Daily Outreach: Perform high-volume outbound calls and handle messaging (WhatsApp/Email) to engage with prospects.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly individual sales KPIs and monthly enrollment targets.
Administrative Support: Assist students with the registration paperwork and ensure all student data is accurately entered into the CRM system.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with current students to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Event Support: Participate in roadshows, previews, and educational fairs to generate new leads.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Experience in the beauty or education industry is a huge plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
Mindset: Resilient, hardworking, and driven by commissions/targets.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Bonus Points:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking learners).
Familiarity with SSG/WSQ funding and the SkillsFuture portal.

达成指标: 努力完成并超越个人每日/每周的销售指标及每月的招生任务。
行政支持: 协助学员完成报名手续,并确保所有学员资料准确输入系统。
关系维护: 与现有学员保持良好关系,鼓励转介绍新学员。
岗位要求:
经验: 至少 1-2 年销售、电话营销或客户服务经验;有美容或教育行业背景者优先。
沟通: 优秀的口头表达能力,不害怕打冷拨电话 (Cold calling/Follow-up calls)。
心态: 具备抗压能力,目标导向,对赚取佣金有强烈欲望。
技术: 熟练使用 WhatsApp Business、CRM 系统和 Office 软件。
加分项:
能够使用中英双语沟通。
熟悉新加坡 SSG/WSQ 拨款流程及 SkillsFuture 信用使用。
