Sales Representative (6 Months | East)

Job Summary

Provide end-to-end customer support and sales for vehicle rentals by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and managing reservations. The role focuses on driving sales through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads, while building strong product knowledge to upsell additional services such as insurance and bundles. It also involves handling rental documentation accurately and nurturing long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and prompt issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in choosing the right rental vehicle
• Engage walk-in customers, answer inquiries via phone or email and covert inquiries into appointment bookings
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional product add-ons (e.g insurance/damage coverage)

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in retail/telemarketing
• Able to commit at least 6 months

Other Information

• Location: Tampines
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
• Salary: $13/hr + Base Commissions + Performance Commission (Up to $1.5k)
