About the role

We are looking for a talented Sales Procurement Coordinator to join our team, based in Kampong Ubi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchasing of materials and equipment to support our sales efforts and ensure timely delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery times, and other contract terms

  2. Manage the procurement process from requisition to invoice payment

  3. Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activity and inventory levels

  4. Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align purchasing with customer demands

  5. Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve cost efficiencies

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries

  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  4. Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
