Job Scope:

• Provide a welcoming, patient, and pressure-free in-store experience

• Follow up with potential customers post-visit to address questions & encourage purchase decisions

• Communicate with customers regarding their orders & delivery schedules to ensure smooth transactions

• Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Demonstrate strong sales closing skills to effectively convert customer interest into sales

• Maintain a resilient and self-motivated attitude to meet sales targets and handle customer interactions positively

• Present a well-groomed and professional image to represent the brand and build customer trust

• Prior sales experience and knowledge in bedding products will have an added advantage
