Primary Function
- To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales
- To raise awareness of product and build customer's interest.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Daily Scope of job:
- Actively Promote item such as oven, vacuum cleaner and cooking appliances to customers.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.
- Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums.
- Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets
2. Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:
- Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.
- Monthly sales meeting in office
3. Others:
- Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance.
- Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Able to commit weekdays and weekends. (6 days working)
- Enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Sales-driven, with a passion for promoting quality products.
- Willingness to work in different retail environments.
- A team player who is proactive and highly motivated.
