SALES PROMOTER

we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Beer Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role:

As a Beer Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand. You'll work with bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors to grow our market presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves beer, people, and the thrill of closing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential accounts

. Present and promote our beer portfolio to retailers, draft accounts, and liquor stores

. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Conduct staff training, tastings, and promotional events

. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

. Manage route plans, inventory checks, and point-of-sale materials

. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and brand visibility

What We're Looking For:

. 1-2 years of sales experience (beverage, hospitality, or CPG a plus)

. Passion for craft beer - knowledge of beer styles and brewing is a bonus

. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Self-starter with a get it done attitude

. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (kegs/cases) and stand for tastings/events

. Flexible schedule - some evenings and weekends for events

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
