As we expand our presence at Changi Airport, we are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and performance-driven Sales Promoter to join our duty-free counters.

Your Mission

You are an ambassador of Maison 21G—part storyteller, part consultant, part creator.

At our airport counters, you will:

• Welcome and engage international travelers with warmth, confidence, and elegance
• Understand each customer's personality, mood, and lifestyle to uncover their olfactive desires
• Guide clients through our bespoke perfume best creations
• Transform a duty-free purchase into a meaningful, personalized luxury experience
• Cross-sell and upsell across perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayon, 100ml.
• Consistently achieve and exceed realistic sales targets in a high-traffic environment
• Maintain impeccable counter standards aligned with Maison 21G's luxury DNA
• Follow stock management, replenishment, and operational procedures with Shilla

Who You Are

• A natural seller with a genuine love for people, storytelling, and luxury experiences
• Passionate about fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
• Curious, eager to learn, and excited to be trained as a Scent Designer
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with an international clientele
• Detail-oriented, service-driven, and emotionally intelligent
• Resilient and energized by fast-paced airport retail environments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality
• Proven ability to sell, upsell, and perform against targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team spirit with a positive, proactive mindset
• High attention to detail and service excellence
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to stand for long hours
