Sales Promoter

Job Outline:

1. Responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness for the company products within retail outlets and pharmacies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell the company's healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products to retail customers.

2. Proactively engage shoppers and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

3. Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

5. Demonstrate strong knowledge of assigned products,including features, benefits, usage, and promotional campaigns.

6. Educate customers on product offerings while ensuring information provided I accurate and compliant with company guidelines.

7. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

8. Support product launches, roadshows, sampling activities, and promotional events.

9. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant personnel to prevent stock shortages.

10. Gather customer feedback and market insights for reporting to management.

11. Submit timely sales reports and promotional activity updates.

Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Promoter, Brand Ambassador, or similar customer-facing sales role within the FMCG, Healthcare, or consumer goods industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product sales in retail environments.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
4. Sales-oriented, proactive and confident in approaching customers.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
7. Comfortable working in retail environments, including standing for extended periods.
8. Willing to travel between assigned retail outlets across Singapore.
9. Basic proficiency in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu.
