We are a growing SME in the construction sector specialising in the supply and installation of doors and door hardware. We are looking for a Sales & Project Support Executive to assist with sales quotations, follow-ups and cost tracking for ongoing projects.
This role is suitable for candidates with or without formal academic qualifications, as training and guidance will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn, take responsibility and work long hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales quotations based on drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Follow up closely on submitted quotations with clients and contractors.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product details.
- Maintain proper records of quotations and project status.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and basic cost estimation.
- Support ongoing projects with cost tracking and documentation.
- Assist with variation orders (VOs), claims and project administration.
- Coordinate with site staff and suppliers when required.
General
- Attend site visits and meetings when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word)
