My client is a M&E contractor firm
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of site work.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, clients, and all relevant stakeholders involved in project activities.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor job progress with timely reporting.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and records as required.
- Work closely with the safety team to prepare safety documents and ensure compliance.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the site.
- Develop proposals and initial layouts based on customer requirements.
- Review tender specifications and prepare technical proposals.
- Deliver product and application presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance specifications and highlight benefits to clients.
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/Degree in engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in Facility Management / M&E Engineering (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under tight schedules.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and strong teamwork skills.
