Job Summary
Join Effektiv Systems Solution Pte Ltd as a Sales & Project Engineer to drive customer engagement, deliver technical presentations, manage project requirements, and support sales in a dynamic, recession-proof industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and advantages to existing and prospective clients
- Assess customer equipment needs and system requirements by engaging with customers and engineers
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to analyze customer requirements and provide effective sales support
- Identify and recommend improved materials, machinery, or parts to customers to reduce costs, enhance production, or resolve issues
- Contribute to team efforts by gathering information and preparing tender submissions
- Conduct frequent local travel to visit clients and monitor installation progress at job sites
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to enable local travel for client visits and site monitoring.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Engineering background, including fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales
- Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and overseas teams
