ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for builders.
People who take ownership, create opportunities, and treat their territory like it is their business.
You will grow a portfolio of accounts, build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare providers, and drive adoption of Lucence's tests across your market. You will know how to navigate complex organisations, engage decision-makers, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Success in this role comes from combining commercial drive with customer focus. You stay close to your accounts, forecast accurately, and bring market insights back into the business. When customers need support, you lean in and help get things done.
