Summary of the role:
A Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating leads,
and closing sales deals through effective negotiation and relationship management.
They are responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships,
conducting product demonstrations, and analyzing market trends to develop
competitive strategies.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify new business opportunities
through cold calling, networking, and social media, while managing the full
sales cycle to close deals.
. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships
with clients, providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business
. Sales Strategy & Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, analyze market
trends, and review customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Deeply understand the company's
products/services to deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and demonstrations
to prospective clients.
. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets and KPIs.
. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system
regarding calls, meetings, and sales activities.

. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for
negotiating and presenting.
. Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking ability to build rapport with diverse
clients.
. Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated drive to meet and exceed targets.
. Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and close deals.
. Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,
HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Experience: Previous experience in a sales-related role is often required, Healthcare or Food services related would be an added advantage.
