Job Description

Join a dynamic team as you take charge of revenue and business growth for an exciting product category. Leverage your expertise to build client relationships and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and meet revenue and margin targets for assigned product categories. Identify customer needs and transform them into lucrative business opportunities. Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market conditions. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to guarantee cost efficiency and supply reliability. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product and commercial strategies. Define unique product value propositions and formulate go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Align inventory and supply planning with projected sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, trading, supply chain, or related areas. Proven track record in driving revenue and managing customer accounts effectively. Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing, margins, and negotiations. Preferred experience in managing suppliers or product categories. Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial approach. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
