Support the administration of sales incentive operations for Wealth & Retail Banking.

Calculate and validate sales incentive payouts.

Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports.

Assist with annual incentive planning and data analysis.

Handle queries from the sales team regarding incentive calculations.

Perform data validation, data cleansing, and basic data analysis.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process improvements when required.

Maintain documentation and ensure operational compliance.
