Job Descriptions
The Sales Partnerships Executive is part of the front-facing partnerships team responsible for building new client pipelines, supporting campaign activations, and driving client satisfaction that translates into repeat business.
They'll work closely with Associate Directors to translate opportunities into activations, manage mid-funnel conversions, and ensure seamless handovers between partnership, campaign, and creator teams.
1. Pipeline Development
- Research and identify potential clients across sectors (FMCG, F&B, Tech, Beauty, Travel, etc.)
- Identify marketing decision-makers and map company structures
- Manage outbound prospecting: LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, referrals, and partnership databases
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information and progress
- Support Associate Directors with early outreach, proposal preparation, and coordination
2. Sales Activation Support
- Co-develop proposals and pitch decks with the partnerships team
- Coordinate with strategy and influencer sourcing teams to match client briefs
- Prepare campaign timelines, influencer lists, and supporting documents for client presentations
- Join partnership calls, take notes, and ensure next steps are executed promptly
3. Campaign & Client Servicing Support
- Liaise internally with the campaign operations team to ensure deliverables are on track
- Maintain ongoing client touchpoints: share updates, manage minor changes, and monitor satisfaction levels
- Collect post-campaign results and assist in case study creation
4. Internal Process & Reporting
- Provide weekly sales pipeline updates (leads opened, in progress, closed)
- Monitor and update individual performance metrics through CRM dashboards
Requirements
- Social-media savvy with a strong understanding of platforms and trends
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience
- Experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar sales roles
- Background in the media or software industry (agency or tech sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
