Sales PA to Property Agent

(Admin & Client Support Executive)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales PA to support a property agent in daily operations, client coordination and follow-up work.

This role is suitable for someone with retail, customer service or admin background who enjoys structured work and client communication.

No property experience required. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Client Enquiries & Follow-Up

  • Respond to WhatsApp and enquiry messages

  • Follow up with potential buyers and sellers

  • Arrange appointments and viewing schedules

  • Send property information and basic updates

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update client records

  • Track important deadlines (OTP, completion, etc.)

  • Prepare simple documents and checklists

  • Organise digital files and paperwork

Operations Support

  • Update CRM system daily

  • Ensure no enquiry is left unattended

  • Assist in simple marketing coordination when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level / N-Level / ITE / Diploma

  • 1-2 years of working experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and email

  • Good communication skills

  • Responsible and organised

Working Hours

  • 5.5 days work week

  • Occasional weekend coordination may be required

Salary & Incentives

  • Basic Salary: $2,000 per month

  • Sales Incentives for deals supported

  • Performance bonus based on KPI
