The opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team at OUTLINES-X PTE LTD. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store in the Geylang East Central Region.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and well-organised store environment
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store objectives
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive working environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with efficiency and accuracy
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
