Job Description

Marinsmart Global Service Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Ops Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating with the technical team for manpower deployment, and handling port, shipyard, and anchorage formalities for the team to board vessels.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Follow-Up:

  • Responsible for receiving customer orders and meticulously documenting all order details.
  • Monitor the progress of order execution to ensure timely processing according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient and effective manpower deployment.
  • Maintain close communication with relevant departments such as Engineering Technical Services, Warehousing & Logistics, etc., coordinating smoothly to facilitate engineers work on-site and ensuring seamless production, service delivery, and timely shipment of spare parts.

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Act as a vital link between customers and the company, promptly relaying customer needs and feedback.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping schedules, and other related matters.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, actively mobilizing internal resources to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Document Management and Data Entry:

  • Oversee the organization, filing, and secure storage of all order-related documents.
  • Accurately input order information into the company's systems, ensuring data integrity and precision.

Collection and Reconciliation:

  • Track the recovery of payment amounts for placed orders, guaranteeing timely receipt of funds.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation processes with customers to maintain clear and accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
