The Sales Operations Support role provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient deal execution and revenue processing. This position plays a key role in quotation management, pricing coordination, and cross-functional communication to facilitate timely order closure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, generate, and manage accurate sales quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain pricing approvals, including special discounts, deal registrations, and exception requests.
- Liaise with finance, product, and management teams to ensure compliance with pricing structures and margin requirements.
- Support the sales team in contract documentation, order processing, and system updates.
- Track quotation status and follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely submission to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing approvals, customer agreements, and sales documentation.
- Assist in sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance data consolidation.
- Provide support for sales programs, and partner engagement.
