Sales Operations Specialist

As the Sales Ops Associate you will partner with both of our APAC Sales Ops Leads, regional Supply leadership, as well as cross functional partners, on initiatives from delivering on centrally run strategic programs to defining and executing on local market strategies that will accelerate company's growth. You should be comfortable with data analysis, presenting insights, a variety of go to market strategy definitions, familiar with sales methodologies, best practices, sales metrics and cycles. You will support both the development of strategy for the region as well as the day to day operational running of the APAC Supply team. In this role, you will

- Maintain quota models and develop new strategic KPIs

- Maintain the account assignment model, running quarterly book of business refresh and audit coverage gaps

- Report on sales team performance and build new reporting for strategic initiatives across the APAC Supply Team

- Support local Supply leadership in creating market strategies and new sales programs

- Execute and operationalise local regional projects

- Support the creation and own the regional execution of sales and account management playbooks

- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

Your Expertise:

- 3-5 years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Consulting experience

- Strong project management skills

- Structured problem solver

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to monitor metrics and drive data insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity and efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

- Understanding of value drivers in various go to market designs and business models

- Experience executing regional/local market strategies and field productivity programs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, SQL
