Your Role - More than just planning
As our Sales & Operations Planner, you'll be the bridge between our retail stores, logistics team, and sales managers. You'll ensure that our products are displayed beautifully, delivered on time, and that our partners love working with us.
But more than that, you will:
Learn the business from the ground up - Understand how a successful retail and distribution operation runs in a fast-growing company.
Develop leadership skills - You'll coordinate drivers, merchandisers, and store managers, gaining real experience in team coordination and project management.
Be creative - Planograms and store setups are part art, part science. You'll have a direct impact on how customers experience our brands.
Work with a cross-functional team - Sales, logistics, marketing, and leadership. You'll see how every piece fits together.
What You Will Do (The Exciting Parts)
Order & Delivery Coordination - Manage delivery orders to meet store needs, ensuring our products arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Schedule Planning - Oversee and plan daily schedules for our Drivers and Merchandisers - you'll be the behindthescenes hero who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Planogram & Store Setup - Design and check planograms (product layout maps), lead store setup projects, and occasionally roll up your sleeves to help with hands on displays.
Store Visits & Relationship Building - Work alongside our Sales Managers to visit stores, ensure our retail setups shine, and build strong relationships with store managers.
Continuous Improvement - Spot inefficiencies Have an idea to make things better We want to hear it. You'll be encouraged to suggest and implement improvements.

What we require you to have:
Min Diploma in Operations/Business related field
3 years or more of proven experience in the field of operations planning or related field
Experience with Planogram planning
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
Ability to work with a cross functional team
Sophisticated level of Excel/PowerPoint/PC skills
Passion for the Games & Toys Industry will be a plus
