Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Solutions Consulting (SC) team, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and enabling efficient deal execution to accelerate business growth and customer success.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work closely with SC leaders to drive operational excellence.
  • Track SC team activities and examine pipeline data, analyze patterns and trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to SC leaders.
  • Support SC team on regular business operations cadences including scorecard, quarterly business reviews etc.
  • Drive internal processes and systems improvement to support sales excellence.
  • Participate in annual planning process, ensuring accurate assignment of SC coverage and compensation design.
  • Review new BI requirements and assist in the development and testing of related reporting and dashboards.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and offer insights to APAC stakeholders.

In order to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree with 8-year relevant experience in Sales analytics, business planning & analysis, program management, or similar role.
  • Prior experiences in software companies (SaaS /Enterprise software)
  • Understanding of APJ markets GTM in Enterprise/SaaS domain
  • Good knowledge of sales motions, Go-To-Market process & customer, pipeline analysis.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience in analyzing business insights from large, complex data sets.
  • Good Knowledge of CRM systems and BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at the same time and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment.
