Sales & Operations Manager (Project Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities within project logistics, heavy lift, breakbulk, and freight forwarding sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders for project logistics solutions.
• Oversee the planning and execution of project cargo shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, and transport providers to support operational requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or project cargo operations.
• Proven business development and client management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project cargo, heavy lift, breakbulk, and multimodal transportation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage both commercial and operational responsibilities effectively.
