The Engine Room of Our Regional Operations

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our operational infrastructure and drive our overseas recruitment strategy. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our Singapore sales team and our Philippines operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality supply of candidates.

This is a hands-on management role requiring a blend of Human Resources expertise, Operational leadership, and Business Development acumen. You will not just manage data you will manage international relationships, negotiate with partners, and ensure our recruitment pipeline is robust enough to meet dynamic market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseas Operations Management (Philippines Focus): Direct and oversee the daily operations of our overseas recruitment teams (e.g., Manila, Iloilo, Davao). You are responsible for ensuring the active, consistent recruitment of candidates to meet Singapore's demand, preventing any supply shortages.

  • Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Development: Actively drive business development efforts with overseas vendors and training centers. You will identify new partners, build strong commercial relationships, and negotiate favorable terms to expand our pool of skilled and unskilled candidates.

  • Candidate Selection & Quality Assurance: Leverage your HR background to lead the screening process. You will conduct high-level interviews and assessments for diverse profiles-from general helpers to specialized care staff-ensuring only qualified candidates enter our database.

  • Lead Generation & Commercial Optimization: Oversee the marketing budget and 3-5 external lead generation vendors. You will analyze cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion data to maximize ROI and ensure the sales team has a steady flow of potential clients.

  • Process Architecture & Reporting: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both Singapore and overseas branches. You will provide the Director with accurate weekly performance metrics, bonus calculations, and operational health reports.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

  • HR & Management Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Management, or Operations Management is required. You must have a track record of managing teams and handling employment-related processes.

  • Mandatory Licensure:Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) (Basic or KAH). As this role involves active candidate interaction and selection, this licence is a regulatory requirement. Support for qualified candidates without certificate can be provided.

  • Regional/Overseas Experience: Proven experience dealing with overseas markets (specifically the Philippines) or managing remote teams is highly advantageous. You understand the nuances of cross-border recruitment and partnership building.

  • Versatility with Candidate Profiles: Comfortable interviewing and assessing a wide range of candidates, from unskilled workers to skilled healthcare professionals.

  • Business Acumen: You possess the negotiation skills needed for business development with vendors and the analytical skills to manage operational budgets and pricing strategies.
