Role Overview
Rapidly scaling and seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to support growth across Acquisition, Onboarding, Account Management, and Vendor teams.
In this role, you will partner with global and regional leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve programs, processes, and performance frameworks.
This is a strategic operations roleyou will not negotiate deals, but instead build the strategy, systems, and performance engine that maximize the impact of sales, partner, and marketing motions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Translate business strategy into executable operational plans
- Set clear goals to optimize host acquisition, retention, and scalability across markets
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner closely with regional directors, country managers, analytics, marketing, systems, legal, and other stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and on-track execution of programs and initiatives
Data & Performance Management
- Conduct global and local data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs and performance metrics
Process & Operational Excellence
- Design and improve end-to-end RevOps processes across sales, account management, analytics, and vendor teams
- Streamline workflows and strengthen cross-functional operating models
Systems, Automation & Tooling
- Partner with Product and Engineering to implement scalable tooling (catalog standards, QA, lifecycle triggers, payouts, partner portals)
- Reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency through automation
Launch & Scale Initiatives
- Support key local initiatives and high-priority markets
- Scale successful learnings and processes across the global Experiences business
Success Metrics
Success in this role is defined by:
- Improved experience quality and conversion rates
- Continuous improvement in unit economics and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth/Marketplace Operations, or Consulting
- Exposure to SMB and B2B sales cycles
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau); SQL preferred
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms
