Job Description

  • Order Management: Processing sales orders, invoices, and tender documents, and managing the end-to-end delivery process.
  • Sales Support & Administration: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining customer records in CRM, and assisting with sales proposals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring sales metrics, developing data models, and identifying trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Acting as the liaison between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
  • Customer Communication: Addressing client queries, providing updates on orders, and managing relationships.
