Job Description

Key Responsibilities in Money Exchange
Sales Support & Process Management

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of transactions, including remittances and bulk currency exchanges.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate, update, and analyze daily/monthly sales performance reports for management to track KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the transactional workflow and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
  • CRM Administration: Manage client database information and maintain the accuracy of CRM records.

2. Operational & Transactional Duties

  • Documentation & Compliance: Execute paperwork, ensure all transactions meet regulatory compliance standards (KYC/AML), and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Settlements & Payments: Execute daily operational tasks, including bank reconciliations and settlement of funds.

3. Account & Client Coordination

  • B2B Support: Support business development teams with corporate account onboarding and maintenance.
  • Customer Support: Handle complex customer enquiries or high-value transactions, liaising between clients and the sales team.
  • Transaction & Sales Support: Handling incoming and outgoing customer payments, managing currency exchange orders, and updating exchange rate records.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Processing KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinating between sales teams and front-line staff to optimize work processes, minimize bottlenecks, and improve service delivery.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Updating sales data, monitoring transaction levels, and generating reports to support the sales team and management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Liaising with clients regarding transactions, addressing feedback, and supporting the sales team to meet targets.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or financial operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Flexibility:

Ability to work retail hours, including weekends (depending on branch requirements).
