A Sales Operations Management Assistant in a money exchange
They bridge the gap between sales, operations, and compliance by managing daily transaction documentation, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting sales staff with inventory and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Transactional Support:Coordinate and process customer orders, money transfers, and foreign currency exchange transactions.Execute daily operational tasks, settlements, and payments.Perform cashiering duties using POS systems.
- Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all transactions comply with financial regulations and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / KYC (Know Your Customer) policies.Perform document checks and audit transaction records.
- Sales Administration & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and analyze sales performance data.Manage currency inventory and stock levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles, ideally in finance or money exchange.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with POS systems.
- Attributes: Meticulous, organized, capable of working under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends (depending on branch requirements).
