We are currently searching for a SALES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (Marine) for our company. The ideal candidate is an active and engaging leader who will be responsible for getting future upcoming project for company and customer satisfaction levels are met.

In addition, the ideal candidate possesses and should have outstanding knowledge of shipbuilding, conversion, modules and ship repairing works in order to proactively advise clients on requirements.

Job Description

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

Job Requirement

・2 years of Sales related experience in Marine industry will be a must.

・ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

・Excellent interpersonal, Good communication and negotiation skills for customers and suppliers

・Good attitude and team worker

・ Able to commit to 5.5 days week
