About the role
Tekinject Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Sales & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Woodlands North Region and will play a key part in driving the operational and sales success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients
Assisting with the processing and fulfilment of customer orders
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Providing administrative support to the operations team as needed
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales and operations processes
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or sales support role, ideally within the administration or office support industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail
A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the organization
