Sales & Operations Executive - Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development:
    Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Quotation & Proposal Management:
    Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Sales Reporting:
    Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:
    Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Follow-Up:
    Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to secure orders and manage inquiries.

2. Operations Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Coordination:
    Oversee the end-to-end order process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure all materials are available for operations.

  • Team Coordination:
    Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events or deliveries.

  • Quality Control:
    Ensure that products and services meet the company's standards and client expectations.

  • Event/Project Execution:
    Assist in planning and coordinating operational aspects of events, deliveries, or projects.

  • Problem-Solving:
    Quickly address and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.

3. Cross-Functional Duties

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align client expectations with operational capabilities.

  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports for both sales and operational activities.

  • Participate in strategic planning to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
