About OBA
Optimum Badminton Academy (OBA) is one of Singapore's leading badminton academies, running structured programmes for kids and adults. We're growing fast-and we're also at the forefront of adopting technology like AI tools and mobile apps to support daily operations, scheduling, and customer experience.
We're looking for someone with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude to support sales enquiries and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Operations & Scheduling
Coordinate class schedules (group/private), coach deployment, and court bookingsSupport rescheduling, cancellations, and replacements while minimising disruptionsEnsure schedules are accurate and updated across internal systems and toolsCoordinate smoothly between customers, coaches, and outlets
Admin & Data Management
Perform accurate data keying (customer details, bookings, attendance, payments, sales tracking, etc.)
Maintain clean records and ensure all information is properly updatedPrepare simple updates/reports for management when required
Requirements
Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service / sales / admin / operations(sports/education/service industry is a plus)
Comfortable with customer conversations and sales follow-ups (phone + WhatsApp)Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (scheduling accuracy matters)Tech-comfortable: able to learn booking systems, spreadsheets, and app-based workflowsAble to work 5-day week with rotational weekends. Responsible, positive attitude, and team-oriented
