Role Overview
The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the company's commercial growth by ensuring the seamless end-to-end execution of vehicle sales operations. This includes coordinating vehicle registration, delivery, and logistical processes, while also providing sales support that contributes to the expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Support
- Support the sales team in executing commercial vehicle transactions and business expansion activities
- Coordinate sales deals, documentation, and post-sales processes
- Ensure all sales-related paperwork is accurately prepared, submitted, and maintained in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all sales commitments
Vehicle Registration & Administration
- Manage end-to-end vehicle registration and ownership transfer processes with relevant authorities and partners
- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documentation for registrations and transfers
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
Vehicle Delivery & Logistics
- Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, and ready for handover
- Manage delivery documentation and ensure a smooth handover process
- Perform basic vehicle movement and delivery duties when required
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with workshops, vendors, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Track and maintain accurate updates on vehicle status across the pipeline (incoming, sold, delivered, etc.)
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to sales, logistics, and fleet management
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels Diploma preferred
- Valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory)
- Comfortable with driving and handling vehicles when required
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in automotive, logistics, or sales operations is an advantage
