Job Summary
You will support daily sales and operational activities by coordinating order processing, managing customer communications, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents promptly to support sales operations
- Coordinate with customers to manage order processing, delivery schedules, product inquiries, and follow-up actions
- Monitor and track sales orders, pending deliveries, and outstanding issues to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with operations, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, inventory data, and other operational information in the system
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in stock counts and inventory audits to support inventory management
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding products, orders, and delivery arrangements to enhance service experience
- Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by management to facilitate daily business functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE N / O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to perform documentation and reporting tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ability to organize, multitask, and take responsibility in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales support, operations coordination, administration, or customer service preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt and grow within the role

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work Week: 5-day work week
- Working Location: Tuas area
- Transport Arrangement: Designated pick-up provided from MRT station
