Job Description
WCS Services Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Operations Associate Manager to support our site operations, customer success, client servicing, and sales support functions.
This role is suitable for candidates from any customer-facing background who are keen to develop their career in operations, customer success, and account servicing within the cleaning services industry.
The candidate will be involved in site-level operations and will work closely with site supervisors, cleaning teams, clients, and internal management to ensure smooth service delivery and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily cleaning operations across assigned client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service standards are met.
- Assist in managing site supervisors and frontline cleaning staff.
- Monitor cleaning quality, manpower deployment, attendance, and site coverage.
- Handle client feedback, operational issues, and service recovery matters professionally.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support the Customer Success Manager in maintaining client relationships.
- Assist in preparing operational updates, service reports, and client follow-up records.
- Identify service gaps, improvement areas, and possible service enhancement opportunities.
- Support sales operations, account servicing, and customer success activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidates from any customer-facing role are welcome to apply, including customer service, account servicing, sales support, retail, hospitality, facilities management, operations, or other service-related industries.
- Prior experience in cleaning operations or facilities management is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, site supervisors, and frontline cleaning staff.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to respond to site issues promptly.
- Hands-on, responsible, and willing to learn ground operations.
- Able to manage multiple sites and priorities.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence - preferred.
- Willing to work on Saturdays as and when required due to operational needs.
Working Hours
- 5-day work week.
- Required to work on Saturdays as and when needed, depending on operational or client requirements.
