. Order Management: Process customer orders, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely status updates.
. Shipment & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to confirm lead times and manage shipment schedules.
. Procurement Support: Track and monitor the status of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure on-time delivery.
. Data Administration: Handle data entry, maintain sales and inventory records, and prepare relevant reports.
. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from customers and suppliers.

. Proficiency in English and Chinese (for business correspondence).
. Basic knowledge of electronic components is a plus.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Valid Singapore work authorization is required.
