Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize the evaluation metrics system for the regional sales team, continuously monitoring key capabilities and performance indicators.
  2. Participate in designing, calculating, and optimizing sales commission policies to ensure incentive mechanisms effectively support business goals.
  3. Audit and calibrate sales commission-related business data to ensure accuracy and compliance of performance tracking and commission payouts.
  4. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports and analyses to provide structured performance insights for management.
  5. Establish identification and early warning mechanisms for low-performing sales, and drive implementation of coaching plans and personnel optimization decisions.
  6. Standardize sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM usage to improve overall team efficiency and execution quality.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to support key regional business initiatives and complete special analyses or support tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Management.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Data Analysis is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with telecom, ICT, software, or B2B industries is a plus.
  4. Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, pivot tables, and basic modeling; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  5. Highly responsible, self-motivated, with strong execution, learning, and adaptability; proficient in Windows and office software; strong analytical, writing, and information-gathering skills; excellent cross-department communication and coordination abilities.
  6. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
