Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration.
- Track industry trends and recommend actionable growth initiatives.
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify improvement areas
- Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and reports for leadership to support data-driven decisions
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) to enhance sales processes
- Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across sales platforms.
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and support strategic planning.
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or analytics
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through business case development and sales data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and sales pipelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
