Job Description

Sales & Operations Admin - Sustainable Food Packaging

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Operations Admin to join our team dedicated to providing high quality and sustainable disposable food packaging solutions.

This role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. It will be based in Singapore, with occasional travel required to visit clients premises, or warehouse as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Procurement: Coordinating and negotiation with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage product inventory levels to meet demand while minimising waste and stockouts.
  • Logistics: Ensure customers receive orders timely.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in a sales role, preferably within the food service or packaging industry. Track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Communication: Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Good negotiation skills.
  • Education: Any institute of higher learning - University, Polytechnic or ITE
  • Desirable Characteristics: Adaptable, independent, and willing to learn.
