We are seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Admin to support our business operations. This role involves coordinating between office and operations teams, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.
You'll play an important role in keeping our office and operations running smoothly. Every day is different - from supporting the team, helping our customers, to making sure things are well-organised.
- Coordinate projects and jobs between office and operations teams
- Organise and oversee daily operational activities
- Handle vehicle handover and collection with customers
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and work orders
- Manage inspection documents
- Assist with accounts receivables and payment tracking (ie. following-up and recording payments, flagging overdue accounts, etc. )
- Answer and respond to sales/operations-related phone calls
- Tabulate and prepare monthly sales reports
- Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Order office supplies and manage general admin duties (photocopying, scanning, printing, filing)
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company
