Job Description

Our client, a leading semiconductor printed circuit board supplier listed in Korea, is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

【Responsibilities】
- Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Manage sales operations tasks such as order management and tracking, shipment arrangement, communication with customers for delivery, data analysis, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process.

Requirement

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electrical Manufacturing.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales data.
- Comfortable with manual workflow processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational, and fast-paced environment.
- Available to join within one month's notice or earlier.

(Advantageous)
- Experience working in a Korean company is a plus.
