Sales Operation Executive

Responsibilities:
. Data administration and data collation from various sources
. Assist in various management reporting activites
. Supply Demand database build-up and demand analysis vs Business Outlook
. Optimization of the regional silicon inventories (silicon supplies follow-up, multi-sourcing optimization, analysis of the sourced demand)
. Risk Inventory management
. Review & Manages Last Buy & End of Life Supplies for the Region
. Supports deployment for NPI, migration with Product Lines, Sourcing and operation team
. Support the sales plan together with the Customer Service community

Requirements:
. Graduate with at least 2 - 3 years working experience
. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
. Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power point).
. Able to work with staffs of all levels.
. Strong coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
