Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
  • Support lead management and customer follow-up activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Assist in implementing sales policies and procedures.
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives.


Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Customer Service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
